Since 2007, the properties belonging to my deceased parents are sold, rented, leased, and occupied for the past 13 years by using fraudulent papers and methods.
Years of effort to recover my parental properties have never paid off. I have filed many complaint letters to the authorities in Pondicherry, most of them left aside. A couple of inquiries were made but resulted in me asking to approach the court to recover the properties.
After all my futile attempts for 12 years, Mr. Calai was my last resort.
After years of trying and failing, I came across APPAFP by chance on the internet. I sent an email to the president of APPAFP, Mr. Calai BERANGER. He replied the same day asking me to speak to him on the phone the following day. He listened to me and instructed what has to be done. With his help, I filed a complaint through the French Consulate in Pondicherry. Mr. Calai came to India and arranged a meeting with his lawyer Mr. Vaikunth. We have discussed what has to be done to recover the property.
After months of negotiations, the grabbers agreed to part with the house. It took almost a year. Mr. Calai with other members of his team managed to recover the property and obtained the key on 24/07/2020.
Mr. Calai did not stop with that. He continued to speak with the lawyer urging him to recover the second property from the hands of the grabbers. He gave his word that he would get the key the soonest possible. He kept his word. I was handed over the key to the second property last week on 21/11/2020. The two properties are located in Petit-Canal street and Brindavan.
Thanks to the great efforts of Mr. Calai, Mr. Vaikunth, and his team. I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the efforts of Mr. Calai who in my opinion has made the impossible possible!
